These terms are an agreement between you and Ello Apps about your use of the Roz AI mobile application. Please read them. By installing or using Roz AI, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Roz AI is operated by Ello Apps. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ello Apps. "You" means the person using the app.
You must be 18 years of age or older. By using the app you confirm that you are.
If we learn that a user is under 18, we will stop showing them advertisements, stop any behavioural tracking, and delete their personal data.
Roz AI gives you finished greeting cards, quotes and status images. You choose one, we place your name and, if you wish, your photograph onto it, and you share it.
Roz AI is not a design tool. You cannot create cards, write your own card text, or change the layout. There is no facility to upload or publish content for other users to see. Nothing you do in the app is visible to any other user.
We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to view, save and share the cards you make in the app, for your own personal and non-commercial use.

Every card you share carries a small Roz AI mark. The mark is part of the card. It is present on every plan, including paid plans, and it cannot be removed or purchased away. Paid plans show the mark at a smaller size and lower opacity, but it is always there.
Adding a photograph is optional. The app works without one.
When you add a photograph or a name, you give us permission to use it for one purpose only: to place it onto the cards you choose, and to store the resulting card image so you can share it. We do not use your photograph for advertising, we do not show it to other users, and we do not sell it.
You confirm that you have the right to use any photograph you upload, and that it is not someone else's photograph used without their permission.
Do not upload photographs that are obscene, that show a child in any sexualised way, that are unlawful, or that infringe anyone's rights. We may remove such content and close the account.
Roz AI uses coins to unlock certain cards and features. Please read this section carefully.
Coins are not money.
Coins have no monetary value. They are not a currency, not a deposit, not a wallet balance and not a financial product. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, withdrawn to any bank account or payment app, or converted into anything outside Roz AI. Roz AI is not a reward, earning or cash-back app.
All payments are handled by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Every price is shown in rupees, in the language you have chosen, before you reach the payment screen. The amount you will be charged appears on the button you tap.
A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each period, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel it. We notify you 24 hours before each renewal charge.
Cancel in one tap from your profile in the app, or in the Play Store: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Roz AI, then Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan. You must cancel it separately in the Play Store, or you will continue to be charged.
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy, and requests are made through Google Play.
Beyond that, as a matter of our own policy: if you are charged by accident, write to us at support@elloapps.com and we will refund the first such charge, without asking questions.
Coins that have already been spent are not refundable.
We may change prices. Any change to the price of a plan you already hold will be notified to you in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
The free version of Roz AI shows advertisements. Advertisements are supplied by Google AdMob and are not chosen or endorsed by us. We are not responsible for the products, services or claims in any advertisement.
You may choose to watch a short video advertisement to earn a coin. This is always your choice and never required to use the app.
Personalised advertising requires your consent, and you may withdraw it at any time. If you do, the app continues to work and shows non-personalised advertisements instead. See our Privacy Policy.
If you do any of these, we may suspend or close your account. Where an account is closed for manipulating the coin system, coins and unused plan time are forfeited.
The card designs, artwork, layouts, software and the Roz AI name and logo belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Card backgrounds are created using AI design tools. Card text is set by hand in real fonts.
If any card, quote or image in Roz AI infringes your copyright or other rights, write to support@elloapps.com with enough detail to identify the content and your claim. We will review it and remove content where the claim is well founded.
Roz AI includes devotional cards. We take care over their accuracy and review them before publication. If you find a devotional card that is inaccurate or disrespectful, please tell us at support@elloapps.com and we will review it promptly.
Sharing a card uses WhatsApp or another app on your phone. Those apps have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them. Once you have shared a card, what happens to it is outside our control.
We try to keep Roz AI working and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or fault free. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, cards or categories.
If we discontinue the app entirely, we will give notice in the app and, where you hold a paid plan, refund the unused portion.
Roz AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranty that the app will meet your requirements or be free of errors.
Cards in the Astrology and Zodiac categories are provided for entertainment only. They are not predictions, and they are not advice of any kind. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not permit it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Roz AI is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one thousand rupees.
You may stop using Roz AI at any time, and delete your account at rozai.elloapps.com/delete-account.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the app. Where we close your account without cause and you hold a paid plan, we will refund the unused portion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last updated.

We acknowledge messages within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our response on a matter concerning your personal data, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
