This page explains how to ask us to delete your Roz AI account and the personal data linked to it. There are two ways to do it. Both lead to the same result.
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.
Your account is closed straight away. The data listed below is then erased within 30 days.
Use this if you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in.
We acknowledge every request within 24 hours and complete it within 15 days of confirming your identity.
If you have a paid plan, cancel it first.
Deleting your Roz AI account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and it does not stop future charges. You must cancel separately in the Play Store: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select Roz AI, then tap Cancel subscription.
Any coins left in your balance are lost and cannot be refunded or transferred. Spend them before you delete your account.
All of the following is erased from our live systems, our backups and our content delivery cache:

Indian law requires us to retain a small amount of data even after your account is gone. None of it is used for advertising, analytics or marketing.

We acknowledge every message within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
